La historia clínica is a document with both clinical and legal significance. It is the main resource doctors use to determine a patient’s diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Additionally, it helps judges decide whether to award damages in personal injury cases or determine the degree of disability in Workers’ Compensation claims.
After this webinar, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the main sections and content of a general medical history, key medical terminology in both English and Spanish, and the reasoning behind those unusual or unexpected questions doctors ask.
