I am a greenhorn in the medical interpreting world, so this webinar helped me out a lot! Usually, I do not need to take notes because the majority of the conversation between the patient and provider are in short segments; however, one must always be prepared for those doctors (or patients) that go on and on! I have taken other courses in regards to note-taking, but never focused on medical interpreting, so this webinar definitely was more suited to my needs! Can’t wait to take more in the future.
